Privacy Policy
This is a plain-language draft of how the EVMavrik website handles information. It will be finalised with legal review before any commercial launch.

What this website collects today
When you submit the partnership enquiry form, we store the business contact details you choose to share: your name, business email, company, role, country, partnership type, optional platform, website, network size, API/OCPI availability and documentation notes, requested next step, your message, and your consent confirmation. Each stored enquiry receives a reference ID and a submission timestamp. A random submission key prevents duplicate records when you retry the same enquiry. No account is created and no tracking profile is built about you. Automatic enquiry email notifications are not configured.
Where enquiries are stored and who can see them
Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud, our hosting and database service provider. They are not publicly readable: the website exposes no way for visitors to list, search or view stored enquiries, and access is restricted to the EVMavrik team for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not sell enquiry data. Our hosting provider processes it to operate the website and store enquiries; no enquiry email notification provider is currently configured.
Retention and consent
Submitting requires your consent to store the enquiry and contact you about it. You may withdraw that consent or request deletion using the contact details below. A formal retention schedule and provider data-handling terms still require legal review; this draft does not promise a fixed retention period.
Cookies and analytics
The application does not add advertising trackers. Hosting diagnostics and external font requests may process technical request information. Hosting and analytics settings require review before commercial launch.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete an enquiry you have submitted — quote the reference ID shown after submission so we can find it. The interactive demos on this website use simulated data only and collect nothing.
